Do you folks prefer a dual or single console on your boat for bass fishing?

I have fished out of both and I think it all comes down to personal preference. I like them both but if you plan on making long runs I would definitely get a dual counsel.

I prefer a dual console, though most of my friends who fish professionally, in tournaments not guiding, run a single console.

As long as I'm driving I prefer a single console.

I agree with Schuler. If I'm not driving and it's early spring or late fall, then I'd want a dual console.

dual consols are nice, especially if you have a partner, but if you just fish by yourself, then go with the single. Double for me tho

Dual for this old man, Sue would kill me if I asked her to sit out in the wind at 64 MPH.

I'm with Steve on that. I love the single, but with my family I need the dual for serenity now. lol

Have a single now but prefer dual. Much easier resale as well. Used to sell at Frankie's, very few boats ordered for "in stock" that were not dual console. Generally speaking the little woman has a say in the whole deal and she likes a windshield.

I prefer single console myself although I am usually fishing alone I would almost like to have a removable second console setup on mine like the newer ones do just to see how it would work out when the little woman is out with me . I hate to admit it but she wigs out over 35mph so we usually take it slow when she is fishing with me ,maybe with the second console she would let me go a lil faster I wonder if they can outfit an older boat with a matching second console ?
